Sales & Service Center Expanding into New Contracts
AMZ Sales and Service Center recently joined hands with a major Financial Institution in the United States, to market their services through outbound telemarketing. The services of the Institution include credit repair and assistance.
AMZ Sales and Service Center has signed a contract to provide inbound and outbound support for a major Affiliate Marketing Network in the United States. The process involves making outbound calls to sign up marketers and providing after sales support to customers and marketers. To ensure the excellent quality that has been the hallmark of the Sales and Service Center, an infrastructure has been laid to provide 24/7 customer response through voicemail and email.
AMZ Sales and Service Center has taken on an outbound business-to-business project for Florida's largest telecommunication company. The project focuses on disaster recovery in the hurricane-struck state of Florida and also promotion of discounted calling packages.
The company provides telecommunications, wireless communications, directory advertising and publishing, video, internet and other information services to customers and businesses in more than 19 countries worldwide.
AMZ has recently entered into a contract with one of the UK’s largest communication services provider. AMZ will be delivering telemarketing services for the company which today supplies over 1.8 million residential and business customers with fixed, mobile and Internet services. It has been a vocal player in the telecommunications industry, helping to bring key changes to the market, to enable greater choice for customers through innovation and regulatory change.
